Our stay at the resort was nothing short of wonderful! The service was exceptionally attentive, making us feel right at home. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, showcasing beautiful grounds that made our time there truly special. While we had an incredible dining experience at Lautrec, the options outside of that felt a bit limited. However, this little hiccup didn't take away from the overall luxury and enjoyment of the resort.

My stay at Falling Rock was nothing short of extraordinary. From the exceptional service that had me feeling cared for like royalty to the breathtaking accommodations and the mouthwatering dining options, everything surpassed my expectations. However, be prepared for the splurge as the luxury comes at a price. Overall, a memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to unwind in style.

Overall, my stay at Nemacolin was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the dining experience at Lautrec was phenomenal and definitely worth trying. The activities available, like the safari tour and spa treatments, added to the fun and made for memorable experiences. However, I was disappointed by the condition of the accommodations and some amenities, particularly the arcade and the kid's pool that felt underwhelming for a family-oriented resort. The inconsistency in upkeep and attention to detail was concerning though it was still a lovely property to explore.

Rooms

The townhome we stayed in was okay but could definitely use some refreshing. I found it overcrowded, with small rooms and some maintenance issues, which was disappointing considering the expectations set by the resort's reputation.
Service
6.0
The service was hit or miss. While the staff interactions were generally positive, I faced long hold times when trying to reach the spa and some frustration with the overall reservation process there.
Location
7.0
The location was stunning, set amongst beautiful grounds that offered great views and a sense of escape. However, it required using shuttles to get around, which felt a bit inconvenient at times.
Dining
8.0
Dining at Lautrec was a highlight, with excellent dishes and a beautiful atmosphere, though be prepared for higher prices. Some restaurant options felt limited and could be improved.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities offered a great selection of activities, but many were in disrepair, like the arcade games and the ping pong table, which were disappointing when considering the range of options you expect at a resort.

My family and I had a fantastic time at Nemacolin. The variety of activities kept us engaged, and I loved how the surroundings made the experience feel truly magical. There were just a couple of minor issues with our room that could use a refresh, but overall, it didn't dampen our enjoyment. The dining options were superb, and the kids had a blast with the zoo and skiing. I can't wait to return and explore even more of what this wonderful resort has to offer.

My recent stay at Nemacolin was a mixed bag. I loved the luxurious accommodations and enjoyed the scenic views from the property, making for an unforgettable backdrop. However, the dining options left much to be desired, with meals not meeting expectations and some facilities feeling overcrowded. Overall, while I appreciated the comfortable rooms and the beautiful grounds, the dining and spa experiences were disappointing.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had everything we needed, with two very comfy queen beds and a big screen TV. However, they weren't as clean as we expected, and we could hear a crying baby through the walls, which was unfortunate.
Service
6.0
Service was attentive, but I found some aspects lacking, especially in the spa where overcrowding made for a stressful experience.
Location
9.0
The property is simply beautiful, with whimsical sculptures and stunning views that enhance the overall atmosphere. I'd love to return to enjoy the outdoor activities when the weather is better.
Dining
5.0
Dining was quite disappointing, with the quality of meals lower than expected. The famous Lautrec didn’t live up to its reputation, leading to a feeling of being robbed by the meals.
Facilities

The spa facilities were oversubscribed, with a cleaning issue that made the experience less enjoyable than I had hoped.
